The purpose of the geotechnical exploration was to determine the general subsurface conditions and to gather data on which to base a geotechnical evaluation with respect to the proposed construction. The information gathered during the geotechnical exploration was evaluated to determine if any special site development issues should be addressed during the site-grading phase of the project.
